Translation Services by Destination Country
Every embassy has its own rules, so our translation services follow the country you are applying to. A file that works for one embassy can be refused by another, which is why visa document translation always starts with a check, not with typing.
Translation services for Europe and Schengen visas
Most Schengen embassies take English or the language of the host country. Tell us which embassy you booked with and we confirm the language before we start.
United Kingdom
UK visa offices want a full translation of every document that is not in English. It needs the translator’s signed statement, the date and their contact details. Our UK visa guide covers the rest of the file.
Canada, USA and North America
These applications usually want a full translation with a short declaration from the translator. Some also ask for a copy of the original, and we tell you when that applies to you.
Australia, New Zealand and Asia
Some Australian cases need a NAATI-accredited translator. If yours does, we say so on day one. For China visas we also offer Chinese translation services, so you do not need a second provider.
Middle East and Africa
Embassies in these regions often ask for Arabic or English. We translate your foreign documents into either one for embassy document translation. Rules change, so we open the embassy’s own page on the day we start your file.
Residence and immigration cases follow the same logic. Immigration document translation and translation for immigration purposes both need the signed statement and the date, or the case officer will send the file back.
